Description
Centrifugal separator that splits whole milk into cream and skim, continuously, while you pour.
This is the machine that lets you stop selling at the gate price. Separated cream goes to butter, ghee or direct sale at several times the value of the raw milk it came from, and the skim still feeds calves or sells on. Stainless bowl, electric drive, strips down for cleaning after every run.
