1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.
- Customized or special-order incubators.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at 0727087285 with your order details.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Warranty
