2112 egg incubators are designed for commercial hatcheries in Kenya. The incubators have a combined setter and hatcher with free deliveries countrywide
Digital controllers hold temperature and humidity, the trays turn automatically, and several models are sold as full setter-and-hatcher units.
Commercial hatching runs on a schedule: set a batch every few days so trays hatch in rotation and chicks go out every week. Put the machine on a stable power supply with backup, and clean the hatchery room between batches. At this size hygiene decides hatch rates as much as the machine does.
