About submersible pumps
Submersible pumps for boreholes and deep wells: electric deep-well pumps of 0.5HP and 1HP, 250W and 400W solar DC pumps, and a 3HP submersible mining pump for draining pits and flooded workings.
Choose by the total head, meaning the depth to the water plus the height to the tank, and by the litres needed each day. Solar models suit remote boreholes; electric models deliver more where mains power is available.
